SOY PEPTONE

Soy peptone is an enzymatic digest of soybean flour. This peptone contains naturally occurring high concentrations of carbohydrates and proteins. Its average molecular weight is 5,5 kDa. Solution is clear and heat stable.


Suggested Applications

It can be applied for culture media of a wide variety of organisms, including fungi, for the preparation of antibiotics, extra-cellular proteins and many other metabolites.
